DLA Piper's Miami Health Care Group is currently seeking a talented senior associate. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in the following areas: health care mergers and acquisitions (including venture capital/private equity transactions); licensure and Medicare/Medicaid enrollment matters; formation and general corporate representation of health care companies; and regulatory compliance and privacy issues. Candidate should have exceptional writing and oral presentation skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively independently or in teams under pressure. We prefer candidates with big law firm experience and strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized schools.
