Our Technology Transactions Group has positions open for junior - to mid level associates to join our Seattle office and work on intellectual property-related transactions for technology companies. This associate will primarily work on structuring, drafting, and negotiating a variety of intellectual property and commercial transactions, including licensing, e-commerce, service, development, and distribution transactions.

This associate will also work on the intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and other multidisciplinary transactions, and on privacy and data security matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated and entrepreneurial individual with a strong interest in technology companies to help build a growing practice.
