Our client, a major global law firm, seeks a mid-level (3-5 years experience) associate with experience in:

- P3 (public private partnerships)

- Broader project finance

- Corporate M&A

Ideal candidates will have experience at a large US or international firm. Ability to:

- work on complex matters with partner supervision

- handle complex drafting requirements with partner involvement

- communicate with client teams, demonstrating a strong understanding of the client's business and aspirations for each matter

- help identify and take forward new business opportunities

New York admission required.

Candidates with corporate/M&A, project finance, and energy experience will all be considered.
