This boutique NYC firm has over 150 attorneys practicing all areas of intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, unfair competition, and trade secrets. Our practice covers the spectrum of intellectual property services, including applying for patent and trademark protection, litigation, appeals, interferences, post-grant patent challenges (e.g., IPRs), alternative dispute resolution, licensing, opinions, corporate transactions and due diligence.

The focus of this role is on litigation, but IPR capabilities also would be beneficial. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong, research, writing and analytical skills.

Qualified candidates will have 3-6 years of patent litigation experience, a degree in Electrical Engineering, Patent bar is a plus, and admission to New York bar.
