A demonstrated interest in litigation is required; litigation and/or government enforcement experience focusing on consumer financial services or class action litigation experience is strongly preferred, and judicial clerkship or internship experience and experience with e-discovery are pluses. Candidates must have superior academic performance and strong persuasive writing skills.
