BuckleySandler LLP is currently seeking candidates with one to three years litigation experience for Litigation Attorney positions for our Chicago office. Please note that this is not an entry-level position and that, while there is potential for advancement to a partner-track position, this is a non-partner track position. Litigation Attorneys will focus on class and individual borrower litigation, and position responsibilities will include discovery drafting and responses, discovery pleadings, dispositive motions and depositions.

Candidates must have strong academic performance and persuasive writing skills. Federal litigation experience, including court appearances, or federal clerkship experience is a significant plus. Class action or consumer financial services experience is preferred.
