The Jacksonville office of Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking a junior level associate with 2-3 years of real estate law experience to join our Business Law Department, Real Estate Practice Group. Our ideal candidate will have strong research and document drafting skills (both with respect to purchase and sale agreements and loan documents) and some limited real estate and transactional experience including, but not limited to, negotiating and closing a wide-range of commercial real estate transactions such as acquisitions, financings, loan workouts and restructures, dispositions and development of real property and assets. We are seeking a well-rounded, dynamic, highly motivated attorney who seeks significant client contact and is willing to work hard. Top academics and experience required. To be considered, a candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school, and must be in good standing and an active member of the Florida Bar.
