Dykema Gossett PLLC, a leading national law firm, has an opening for an associate with at least three years of experience in corporate practice for our Detroit office. Experience with mergers and acquisitions is mandatory. Candidates also should be familiar with general corporate representation including entity formation and capitalization, corporate governance issues, shareholder agreements and customer and supplier relationships. Drafting of acquisition agreements and ancillary related documents will be expected. Excellent written and oral advocacy skills are required.
