The Wilmington office of McGuireWoods seeks a staff attorney with 2+ years’ experience in Commercial Litigation for a full-time, long-term position involving commercial/business disputes, including mortgage and UCC litigation.

Qualified candidates will have significant experience arguing before North Carolina state courts. NC bar is required. Must have strong academic credentials, excellent writing and interpersonal skills, be well-organized (responsible for handling a large volume of cases) and have good negotiation skills.
