The Washington DC office of McGuireWoods seeks an associate to join the IP Litigation/Patents department with our ANDA litigation team. Qualified candidates will have 1-3 years of patent litigation experience in the ANDA space. Candidates with advanced degree in either Chemistry or Biology strongly preferred, but not required.
