The Tysons Corner office of McGuireWoods seeks an associate for the Real Estate & Land Use Department.

Qualified candidates will have 1 to 4 years land use related experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in land use and commercial development processes (including the land use entitlement process, development review and site plan approval processes. Experience with commercial real estate law concerning purchase and sales contracts, leasing, property owners’ associations, easements and subdivisions also considered helpful. Top academic credentials and communication skills required. Prior professional real estate or urban planning experience is considered a significant plus. VA bar license is required.
