Blank Rome LLP's Los Angeles office has an opening for a Corporate Litigation Associate with 5-7 years of experience. Candidates should have hands-on experience preparing written discovery and pleadings of all kinds, conducting depositions, and completing in-depth analysis of law and facts. Experience with consumer Class Actions is a must. A working knowledge of the TCPA, California’s call recording statutes, state breach notification laws and related privacy related statutes is also desirable. Candidates should be able and willing to lead cases including negotiations and communications with counsel, experts and courts.

The ideal candidate must have excellent verbal, writing, and legal research skills. Candidates must be self-motivated, personable team players and have outstanding academic and professional credentials. Candidates must be admitted to practice in California.
