Ideal Candidate

We have an urgent need for a Biotech Patent Prosecution Associate/Agent in the San Diego office.

• The ideal candidate will have 2 - 5 years of experience as an patent agent or attorney in the following areas:
  • Preparation and prosecution of patent applications
  • IP strategy and portfolio management
• Strong scientific background, preferably at the graduate level, in the life sciences (biology, biochemistry, genetics, etc.)
• Outstanding writing and analytical skills, and top academic credentials are essential.
• USPTO Registration required and state bar membership required for attorney applicants
