Loeb & Loeb’s Corporate Department is seeking an Associate to join its New York office.

The candidate must have 3-5 years of corporate law firm experience with private company mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital investments and general corporate matters. Successful candidates will have excellent drafting and analytical skills, accurate and strong attention to detail, high level of organization, strong verbal and interpersonal skills, and an ability to manage multiple projects and people. Superior academic credentials and admission to the NY bar are required. Large or mid-size law firm experience preferred.
