Loeb & Loeb is seeking an Associate with 1-4 years of experience to join its Tax Exempt and Charitable Giving Practice in the Washington, D.C. office. This practice group, part of the Firm’s core Trust & Estates Department, has recently expanded in our DC office.

The candidate must have knowledge and substantial tax experience with a particular focus on the tax laws governing tax-exempt organizations. Ideal candidates will have gained this experience from private practice, government (IRS), or the nonprofit sector (in-house counsel). Successful candidates will have excellent drafting, writing and analytical skills, accurate and strong attention to detail, high level of organization, strong verbal and interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and people. Superior academic credentials and admission to the DC bar are required.
