Loeb & Loeb’sReal Estate Departmentis seeking an associate with 3-6 years of law firm experience to join its New York office.

The candidate must have significant financing experience. Experience with securitized financing structures, purchase and sale transactions, and commercial real estate leasing are a plus. Experience drafting loan documents is required. Successful candidates will have excellent drafting, writing and analytical skills, accurate and strong attention to detail, high level of organization, strong verbal and interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and people. Superior academic credentials and admission to the NY bar are required. Large or mid-size law firm preferred.
