Ideal Candidate

We have a need for a Capital Markets Associate in the New York office.

• The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of capital markets experience in matters relating to:
  • representing issuers and investors in financing transactions
  • representing financial institutions, underwriters and agents in public and private offerings of debt or equity securities
  • advising corporate clients on general securities laws, including compliance with, and reporting under, the 1933 Act and 1934 Act.
• Outstanding writing and analytical skills and top academic credentials are essential.
• Membership in the New York bar by admission is required.
