Ideal Candidate

We have an urgent need for a Patent Prosecution Associate/Agent in the Palo Alto.

The ideal candidate will have 2 - 4 years of experience in the following areas:

Preparation and prosecution of patent applications

IP strategy and portfolio management

Strong scientific background, preferably at the graduate level, in the life sciences (biology, biochemistry, genetics, etc.)

Outstanding writing and analytical skills, and top academic credentials are essential.

USPTO Registration required

State bar membership required (attorney candidates)
