The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in all aspects of employment litigation including class-action litigation and federal court civil procedure. Traditional labor law experience is a plus. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of California. Large law firm experience preferred. Must have strong academic record, excellent writing skills and ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
