Fox Rothschild LLP has an opening in the Montgomery County, PA office for a mid-level transactional associate with 3 to 5 years of experience in handling various business transactions including entity formation and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financing, employment and severance agreements, and general contract preparation. The ideal candidate would have additional experience in handling real estate leasing, sales and financing transactions, and tax experience/LL.M degree is a plus. Excellent writing and drafting skills, as well as strong marketing interest and networking skills, is required. Large law firm experience preferred. Must be licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
