The ideal candidate will have general corporate, commercial contracting, securities and other transactional experience. Energy industry experience preferred.

The candidate must have a strong academic record, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a team, superior judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action. Candidates should have a Nebraska bar license or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.
