The Washington, DC office has an opening for an associate with 3 to 5 years of tax experience to join our national tax practice, which encompasses all areas of federal, state, and international tax law for technology, life sciences, and growth enterprises at all stages of development. Our tax practice represents both companies and funds in conjunction with the firm’s mergers and acquisitions practice, and also assists clients with debt and equity financings, technology transfers, complex licensing and collaboration arrangements, and both domestic and international tax planning.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and great work ethic, and excel in a fast-paced environment. Superior academic credentials, excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills required.
