Antitrust junior to mid-level associate with 3-5 years of experience in antitrust law, to assume significant responsibilities in complex transactions and/or litigations. The nature of the work involves defense of merger investigations (FTC/DOJ and International) and other agency investigations, representing clients in civil antitrust litigation, and counseling clients on business practices. Experience with technology industries, financial markets, or issues lying at the intersection of antitrust and intellectual property is desirable.
