Associates with 2-5 years of patent litigation experience, strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills, superior academic credentials, and an advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer science, organic chemistry, chemical engineering, pharmacology, or a related field. Candidates will assist with USPTO litigation proceedings, so litigation experience is required, and prosecution experience would be a plus. The firm is open to having the successful candidate reside in Seattle or Washington, D.C.
