The New York office of Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking a Real Estate associate with 8 - 10 years of New York real estate law firm experience to join our Business Law Department, Real Estate Practice Group. Qualified candidate will have experience in commercial real estate transactions, including but not limited to: real estate financing; real estate joint ventures; the purchase and sale of commercial property; and drafting purchase and sale agreements, mortgage and mezzanine loan agreements, limited liability company operating agreements, and joint venture agreements. AmLaw 200 experience preferred. Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills are required. Experience in construction lending would be a plus. We are seeking a well-rounded, dynamic, highly motivated attorney who seeks significant client contact and is willing to work hard. To be considered, a candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school, Top 25 Law School preferred, and must be in good standing and an active member of the New York Bar.
