Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking a staff attorney to join the Business Law Department in the Milwaukee office. This is a full-time, non-partner track position supporting the Commercial Transactions section of our Transactional & Securities Practice Group.

Our ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience handling technology-related agreements, such as software license agreements (including support and maintenance) and professional services agreements for technology, engineering and/or development-related services, and commercial contracts for the purchase and sale of goods and services. We are seeking a well-rounded, dynamic, highly-motivated attorney, who is eager to learn and gain valuable experience while supporting attorneys in several of our offices. Large law firm experience preferred. Strong academic performance and writing skills are required. To be considered, a candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and be in good standing and an active member of the Wisconsin Bar.
