The Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis is currently seeking candidates with corporate transactions for the Private Funds practice group. Experience in the structuring, formation and management of private equity funds, real estate funds, alternative investment vehicles and their management companies is preferred. In addition, experience in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and advising clients on executive compensation and various other corporate and partnership matters would also be ideal.
