We are currently seeking attorneys with outstanding credentials and qualifications to join our IP and Technology Transactional group. Our primary need is for such attorneys who have one year to three years of experience with IP and technology transactions experience or other relevant experience. Other candidates with more than three years of IP and technology transactions experience may also be considered. Associates in our IP and Technology Transactional practice have the opportunity to work on a wide range of the transactions that Kirkland handles. These include outsourcing (ITO and BPO), strategic alliances, joint ventures, software and systems (development and licensing), R&D and technology transfer, licensing (patent, trademark, copyright), biotechnology, and mergers and acquisitions, financings and restructurings.
