Candidate should have interest or experience in commercial transactional work representing financial institutions or their customers and a background in article 9 of the UCC, business law and contracts. Candidates must have an excellent academic record, superior writing ability, maturity and good communication skills. Candidates must be or become licensed with the Georgia State Bar and in good standing.
