Excellent academic credentials and demonstrated top-notch legal research, analysis and writing skills are required. Qualified candidates will have experience handling discovery and drafting pleadings for sophisticated litigation matters. Deposition and trial experience, large law firm experience, and current or former judicial clerks are preferred.
