Qualifications:

Mid-level or Senior associate with 5 to 8 years of experience with banking laws, including work experience at and/or interaction with regulators at the Federal Reserve or the OCC; work with securities regulations such as the Volcker Rule; and work with bank insolvency laws and Basel III capital requirements. Familiarity with Dodd-Frank Title VII and swaps preferred.
