The Miami office of Holland & Knight has an immediate opportunity for an employee benefits/executive compensation associate with 2-5 years of transferable experience with federal tax and ERISA issues in benefits and compensation matters. The candidate must be a self-starter with a strong academic background, excellent drafting skills and the ability and desire to interface directly with clients and opposing counsel. Florida Bar preferred.
