Our real estate practice seeks an associate to join its New York City office. Qualified candidates will have between five and seven years of experience representing commercial and institutional lenders, private financiers, and borrowers in mortgage loan financing and refinancing transactions, construction loans, affordable housing loans, bond-financed loans, conduit loans, and tax credit transactions. Candidates should work well as part of a team and enjoy a fast-paced work environment. Admission to the New York bar is required.
