The New York or DC office of Chadbourne seeks a Real Estate associate with three to six years of experience (Class of 2009 through 2012) to support our preeminent Project Finance & Energy practice. The ideal associate will have strong transactional Real Estate and Real Estate development backgrounds, experience drafting and negotiating Real Estate, Finance and Securities documents, and have a strong understanding of title, survey and related diligence issues. A demonstrated interest in energy work is preferred. Candidates should have top firm and academic credentials.
