Dorsey & Whitney LLP is seeking an attorney with two to five years of experience for a Labor & Employment Associate position in our Fargo office. This associate will have the opportunity to take a leadership role in both labor and employment and commercial litigation matters. At least two years of experience, strong academic performance, and excellent writing skills are required. We strongly prefer candidates who have experience in labor and employment matters, as well as experience in both federal and state court.
