Kaye Scholer is seeking a mid-level associate (JD 2012) for our Corporate practice in Silicon Valley. All candidates should have excellent interpersonal skills and strong academic credentials. In our Silicon Valley office, we act as outside counsel to many leading technology companies and the venture capital firms that invest in the next generation of technology startups. This is an opportunity to work directly with founders and the venture capitalists that finance them, attend board meetings and negotiate cutting-edge technology transactions. Quantitative undergraduate degrees are a plus, but not a necessity. Love for technology is a must. The types of transactions you will be involved with will include, Mergers and Acquisitions, Venture Financings, Technology Transactions and General Corporate Representation.
