The Tax group of the Corporate Services practice group is seeking a highly qualified senior level attorney to join our regionally recognized tax practice. Ideal candidates will have five to 10 years of broad experience in tax law, including:
Taxpayer Controversy Representation
Choice of Entity
C Corporations Formation and Operation
S Corporations Formation and Operation
LLC/Partnership Formation and Operation
Mergers/Acquisitions
State and Local Income and Sales Tax
Candidates should have excellent academic credentials and strong writing and communication skills
Five-10 years of experience in tax law. J.D. degree required, LL.M. in Taxation preferred. Accounting degree or background a plus.
