We are seeking a corporate associate with a desire to devote a significant portion of his or her practice to start-up and emerging company matters for clients and transactions with a China nexus. This position would be based in our Silicon Valley office and will work closely with attorneys in our Shanghai office. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of very strong corporate experience and a solid transactional background. Experience with, or affinity for, technology, life sciences, and/or cleantech companies is a plus. Out-of-state candidates are welcome to apply. Written and verbal fluency in Mandarin Chinese, superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills are required for this position.
