Mid-level and senior-level corporate associates with substantial private equity expertise for unique opportunity to join our rapidly growing technology-focused private equity practice. Experience with technology and/or life sciences companies a plus. Experience and/or interest in representing financial services firms in strategic technology transactions will also be a plus factor. Qualified applicants will have experience in both private equity buyouts and growth equity financings. Out-of-state candidates are welcome to apply. Successful candidates will spend most of their time supporting the firm’s private equity practice, but will also be expected to work on strategic buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions on occasion. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills are required.
