The litigation department is seeking an associate in the New York office with two to four years' experience. The candidate should be admitted in New York, have excellent academic credentials, and have been involved in complex commercial litigation and trademark/false advertising/unfair competition cases. The candidate should have significant experience in: (i) motion practice; (ii) taking and defending depositions; and, (iii) trial preparation.
