The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of employment counseling, traditional labor relations, wage and hour class action litigation experience and experience with litigating employment discrimination and restrictive covenant matters. The practice has a strong emphasis on the hospitality industry. Strong academic record and excellent writing skills required. Large law firm experience preferred. Must be licensed to practice in the State of New York
