We have an urgent need for a Patent Prosecution Associate/Agent in the Palo Alto office.

• The ideal candidate will have 2 - 4 years of experience in the following areas:
  • Preparation and prosecution of patent applications
  • IP strategy and portfolio management
• Strong scientific background, preferably at the graduate level, in chemistry
• Outstanding writing and analytical skills, and top academic credentials are essential.
• USPTO Registration required
• State bar membership required (attorney candidates)
