The ideal candidate should have experience negotiating complex commercial and technology transactions and intellectual property counseling. Experience with privacy, data security and open source related matters is a plus. Orrick’s Technology Transactions Group represents clients from start-ups through the Fortune 50, across industries including software, new media, e-commerce, Internet, clean tech, semiconductor, and life sciences companies.
