Job Description:

This is an opportunity for an associate with three to six years of experience to join our securities litigation group in Los Angeles. We represent a wide range of U.S. and international clients in their most important securities matters and disputes, in a collegial environment. The candidate should have knowledge of and interest in the federal and state securities laws, corporate securities procedures and processes, and accounting issues. Experience litigating securities class actions, derivative actions and/or SEC, DOJ or other governmental or corporate internal investigations is preferred, as is federal court litigation experience. Federal judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
